TITLE: FP&A Manager
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, or related.
JOB DUTIES: Oversee all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support strategic decision-making; Lead cash flow forecasting, annual budgeting, and reforecast cycles, giving leadership clear visibility into liquidity, runway, and key performance drivers; Partner with leadership to analyze performance across revenue, margin, and operating costs, using scenario analysis to understand the impact of seasonality, defaults, and partner mix on results; Develop and maintain financial models that incorporate payment deferrals, early buyouts, and seasonal trends, etc.; Standardize planning assumptions, controls, and reporting processes across a broad network of partners to ensure data consistency and integrity; Drive improvements to FP&A systems through automation and data integration, enhancing accuracy and reducing turnaround time for forecasts and reporting.
SALARY: $108,160 per year.
